  • Most carpet cleaning jobs take between 1–2 hours, depending on the size of the property and the condition of the carpets. Larger homes or heavily soiled carpets may take slightly longer, but we always aim to complete the job efficiently while delivering the best results.

  • Yes, we can move most furniture such as chairs, small tables, and some sofas. For larger or more delicate items, we recommend discussing this with us in advance. If you’re unsure, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.

  • Before we begin, we carry out a full inspection and fibre identification survey of your carpet.
    This ensures we select the safest and most effective cleaning method, tailored specifically to your carpet’s material and condition.

    We specialise in handling high-end and delicate carpets, including natural fibres that require expert care and the correct pH-balanced cleaning methods.

  • Yes, we specialise in stain removal and have the expertise to treat a wide range of stains effectively.

    More complex stains such as red wine, oil, urine, and blood require specialist treatments and additional time (typically 15–20 minutes per stain), so these are charged as an extra service.

    While we achieve excellent results in most cases, some stains can be permanent depending on how long they’ve been there and the type of material. There is no absolute guarantee of complete removal, but we use our full skill, experience, and professional products to achieve the best possible outcome.

    In many cases, if we’re unable to remove a stain, it’s unlikely that anyone else will be able to either.
